Diskominfo Kabupaten Padang Pariaman has developed the SIKAP - Padang Pariaman app as a free app exclusively for use by government agency employees in Padang Pariaman Regency, and it is not intended for public use. This SERVICE is provided by Diskominfo Kabupaten Padang Pariaman at no cost and is intended for use as-is.

The SIKAP - Padang Pariaman app uses GPS location to record employee attendance at the office, verifying the Android GPS location against the registered office location. For official travel, employees can attach a selfie photo at the location of the official trip, supporting documents for official travel, and the purpose of the official trip. The application records the location of the official travel to serve as proof of its legitimacy.

Management of employee accounts is handled through a separate web-based app called Absensi (https://absensi.padangpariamankab.go.id or https://sikap.padangpariamankab.go.id). This app is a government app owned by Padang Pariaman Regency Government and serves as an employee management system and handles all aspects of the SIKAP - Padang Pariaman app. We do not collect any personal information through the SIKAP - Padang Pariaman app as it is already available in the Absensi app. Furthermore, new user registration is not required in the SIKAP - Padang Pariaman app as it is managed by the Absensi app as well.

Whenever you use the SIKAP - Padang Pariaman app, we collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, UDID, cellular info, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is used to improve the app's functionality and user experience.
